Die quality is evaluated in terms of die structure, mechanical and metallurgical properties, the type of steel used, the type of plating, and its quality. The pressure tolerance of the die and the most precise steel grade for it are taken into consideration. After the manufacturing stages, which include machining by CNC and wire-cut machines, the die undergoes special heat treatment for hardening. Up to this stage, the die is precisely tested in terms of dimensions as well as hardening, and finally, after observing all required considerations, the die enters the nitriding furnace for its initial surface hardening and is then prepared for use in the extrusion press.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-custom-css wp-custom-css-7ed4ef8d wp-block-paragraph\">It should be noted that during die production, the die is inspected and polished by experienced technicians of this company, and in the end, after a specified production quantity, it is transferred to the die warehouse ready for production.
