Featuring a 30-meter conveyor oven and fully automatic robotic spraying, it has the most modern color coating line for aluminum profiles up to 10 meters in length. One of the methods that has become common in Iran in recent years for coating aluminum products is the use of polymer compounds via electrostatic polyester powder spraying on surfaces, followed by powder processing in heat ovens at temperatures ranging from 200 to 220 degrees Celsius. Given the infinite variety of colors and powder designs available through this method, this unit is capable of fulfilling any customer requirement for their desired color selection.
